Done this free handed and drew the name by hand
Millerzconstruction replied to Millerzconstruction's topic in Woodworking
Thanks man. And I didn't think about the sizes part. That would suck if somone had to buy a set every time they made something. Lol. Glad I don't need um. Did you see the numbers I done free handed too? The ones for the church? They were fun. I had to buy a 1/16 or a 1/8 of a inch router bit to do them. Sent from my LGAS995 using Tapatalk -

Ok. I think the wera are designed in Germany and made in the UK or somewhere near there. Or the wira? I'm not positive I just think I heard that on that video someone posted earlier. The one that said don't watch. And maybe ther is just a manufacturer there in UK? I'm very interested in both of them. And I like the ones that have a place to put pliers. I needed that a few times. Just had to use vise grips. What ever works right. LolSent from my LGAS995 using Tapatalk

I don't have any other way to make the letters other than free hand. Im sure they make something to use as a pattern. But I think it's kinda cheating on your self. It may be faster with the patterns.? But I think I done it pretty fast just drawing it and going strait to routing. Do they make patterns that make letters look like what I did here? This is the previous pastors name and sign. I tried to match it close, to match the rest of the sign that's outside. Sent from my LGAS995 using Tapatalk

Is wiha and wera made by the same company? I was just wondering because there names are kinda similar. I don't have to use screw drivers much in construction. Building houses. Usually just a impact is all I need. Or the hammer drill. Sent from my LGAS995 using Tapatalk

I have a dewalt set that Parker Tie gave me to try. They are good. But you can't beat on them much. Or the bit goes inside the handle. And then you will have a stubby screw driver instead. Lol Sent from my LGAS995 using Tapatalk

It got me! Never had any of the wera stuff. Very intrigued in them now. Got to get the bitcheck one and the kompact ones now. Lol.

Here is the newest hat they gave me. Its made by Otto. Sent from my LGAS995 using Tapatalk

I need to wear a hat every day. Where I'm outside most of the time. They help keep the sun out of my eyes and keep from Sunburning my eyes. And they keep stuff from getting in my hair. Hold my penceil. So I'm always looking for hats. I go through hats pretty fast. And sweat stains look bad. I get most of my hats from my local do it best store. For free for buying a lot of tools materials and hardware. Parker Tie is what the store has been called for a couple hundred years. But I would definitely buy a hat from TIA. Dewalts registration is in the top right hand corner. And you had to go to there official website. I'm not sure about Milwaukee though. I would say it's almost the same. Sorry I may have caused I to know less now. LolSent from my LGAS995 using Tapatalk

Your worst ever power tool ( discuss)
Millerzconstruction replied to wayneburgess's topic in Power Tools
Dang I bet that thing was a hunk of junk. We have to live and learn though. I've thought about buying a saw from Wal-Mart. But I always talk my self out of it. Idk why. But something just says don't buy me at Wal-Mart. LolSent from my LGAS995 using Tapatalk -
If they are not really strong magnets. I wouldn't worrie to much. And as long as the poles are turn the right way. It shouldn't bother anything anyway. But I'm no expert on this stuff. Try a cheap drill first with a very strong magnet. Like out of a computer. I like those. Very strong. Maybe too strong though. Idk?Sent from my LGAS995 using Tapatalk

I got it. Thanks ericSent from my LGAS995 using Tapatalk -
And I would have used a oscillating tool to cut the frame if I was going to cut it all the way. To replace it. Or a skill saw And Finnish the cut with the oscillating tool or handsaw. Sent from my LGAS995 using Tapatalk

Your worst ever power tool ( discuss)
Millerzconstruction replied to wayneburgess's topic in Power Tools
The worst power tool I had was the ridged saws all and drill combo from 2011. It was good for a while but after one day of some abuse it wouldn't run or like hold a charge and just had trouble with it all the time. It was when they were fairly new too. So I traded in on a new dewalt drill and impact this summer. My do it best store was doing a promotion where you trade in any battery powered tool working or not. And they gave 20 or 25 percent off the dewalt battery tools. Never made a better buy with the dewalt xr 20v or what ever they are now. I don't keep up with names and stuff. I just want it to work. Lol Sent from my LGAS995 using Tapatalk -
Any info good or bad on the Ryobi table saw? 10in
Millerzconstruction replied to Millerzconstruction's topic in Power Tools
Thanks. I think that I am going to get that one. I messed with the display at lowes and liked the way it functions. Sent from my LGAS995 using Tapatalk -
Cause bondo doesn't rot. And I caulk around it. And people at church's don't want to spend any more money than they have to. So it was fixed for 8 dollar's instead of 20 or 25 dollar's. It's better and stronger than it would have been another way. And looks better too. And the bondo makes a good seal to keep Any water from getting in. The roof dosnt have enough over hang. So every time it rains it splashes And blows rain in the corners. And it is a 213 year old church. And I didn't get paid to fix it. Now we don't have to worry about the splashing and gathering water rotting any wood. LolSent from my LGAS995 using Tapatalk
