  1. Hope they are better than the DS250 drawer units. Those were horrible. Drawers wouldn't even open and close correctly if they were stacked with another Tough System box.
  2. Soft sided tote with a hard bottom that will secure to the top of a ToughSystem box. Such as those made for the Milwaukee Packout system. Or even a modular palette that fastens to the top box, but has various hooks/holes to secure/bungee current soft totes, level/tripod, odd tool or bucket. Often wish the DS Carrier had a simple tube attached for levels or tripod transport.
  3. A four wheel flat cart to give any individual ToughSystem box or stack of boxes wheels. Similar to the TSTAK cart.
  4. Depot sells both. 24" https://www.homedepot.com/p/DEWALT-24-in-Parallel-Bar-Clamp-DWHT83831/303124305 48" https://www.homedepot.com/p/DEWALT-48-in-Parallel-Bar-Clamp-DWHT83832/303141607

    DW723

Yes, the DWX723 superseded the DW723 model Donato was looking to replace.

    DW723

The new model is DWX723. https://www.amazon.com/DEWALT-DWX723-Heavy-Miter-Stand/dp/B004RPY3FM/ref=pd_sbs_469_4?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1&refRID=W2EVB26EV6HEBR5HJSAH
  7. I think you saw the automotive jump-starter.
  8. Currently, they're $279 on Amazon. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01H41SDGU/ref=ox_sc_sfl_title_1?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=AUEUXQQV6YS3R One tool seller had them listed as a clearance item. Makes me wonder if there's a new SKU coming.
  9. Alternatively, the DCS374 bandsaw does fit in the Tough System DS450 w/wheels or the Tough System DS400 XL box. The accessory tray will need to be left out. In the DS400 you'll also need to remove the vertical compartments. In either case, I'd probably cut a wood block or heat-bend a piece of ABS to cradle the bottom of the saw so that it does not rest directly on the work stop and reserve a place to store extra blades. The old Portaband metal cases had a simple saddle the motor area would rest on. Tough System DS450 w/Wheels Tough System DS400 w/vertical compartments removed.
  10. The kit I bought on sale arrived today! Exterior width of the DeWalt case is the same 22" as the ToughSystem boxes. But the ToughSystem interior dimensions are smaller than this case. This case is also a couple inches deeper than the largest ToughSystem box. It fits on top of a stack, but I'll need to bungie it down if I'm wheeling it around. Since it's the same width, if someone is using the shop rack system this would fit on the top shelf or floor below nicely. Or strapped to the top box or the bottom plate on the DS Carrier.
  11. Yeah. It's a rebranded Stanley hobby table, not a job site tool. They don't show how it connects to your ToughSystem or anything. But the end of the video does show that it will fit under your dresser when you're not using it to fold laundry.
  12. The kit price is back up to $518.75 on both Amazon and HomeDepot today. Most places sell for $579.00. Bare tool only is normally around $300.
  13. Home Depot and Amazon both had flash sales over the weekend for the DCS374P2 Kit (Saw, Blade, Charger, 2 batteries and Case) for only $299. Flash sale? Error? Black-Friday preview? Over-stock? Or harbinger of a new FlexVolt version?
  14. Most of the ToughSystem boxes seem to work as expected with the DS450. The one exception is the ToughSystem Organizer. The hinge side of the TSO box does not sit flat on the hinge side of the DS450. This prevents them from being fastened together. However, the TSO boxes do sit flat and fasten with the hinge side facing the latch side.
  15. Employee said the yellow wrap meant they were sequestered until the release date. But the release date had passed.
  16. Hiding back in the window and door section.
  17. Finally encountered an employee that tracked them down. Store had 8 yellow wrapped (hold until 10-11-16) for Christmas. I took two off their hands. One for tools. The other for the gun range.
  18. Back to being listed on the Depot website. But local stores haven't seen them. Appears that the cart handle tilts back when the lid opens.
  19. HomeDepot had the same light with a drill and a impact driver. All three in one ToughSystem case for $149.
  20. Our local HomeDepots are phasing out all Tough System cases. Also, just in the last week all the large yellow tool displays have been replaced with large shiny red tool displays.
