  1. Welcome to the forum Ryan. Feel free to walk around and kick the tire.
  2. My saw is the dewalt miter saw with shadow light( whatever u call it ), and i could not even tell when the blade hit the shadow. The blade was around $60 and it was worth twice as much. I think all my blades r going to be changed over to Diablo. The devil has definitely got a hold of me.
  3. I don't own one, but my votes for dewalt of course. The numbers on the other saws r impressive though. I'm waiting for a 12" sliding cordless miter saw. And I'm thinking run time and number of cuts could be easily improved with a diablo blade.
  4. Just remember complaining to management can be a 2 way street. God bless u, could never live that close to neighbors. Can barely see neighbors house and that is to close. They once called animal control while we were at the movies to complain dogs were outside in the cold. Animal control pulled in yard at the same time we did and questioned us. I was happy to point out that they had a doggy door connected to their fenced in area. So I let them bark till 2am. I hate neighbors.
  5. Thanks, that's what I thought. Weird thing is bathrooms are back to back.
  6. I finally bit the bullet and purchased a Diablo blade for my dewalt miter saw. What a difference, blade goes through wood like a hot knife through butter. Don't know why I waited so long to buy one. The cut edge is so smooth.
  7. I agree it needs to be torn apart, and while its torn apart sprinkle with holy water.
  8. Seems like the circ saw cuts with less effort with with bigger battery.
  9. I could of used this in a couple of sink repairs.
  10. Oh my god, how did I not notice the clapper. Must of watched the video late at night.
  11. Exhaust fan, and actually see moisture on floor in the bathroom. Especially in the winter.
  12. In reading add closer, it says it's equivalent to 2 four foot tubes. Still funny though. Nice find on the lights.
  13. Nice work. Cooler is cool. Never thought of using barn doors on entertainment center, great idea.
  14. My tools r definitely in need of a good cleaning. I entered a dewalt contest showing picture of dewalt tools and got slammed about how clean my tools looked. People thought I bought them just for the picture and then returned them. Lately I've just been lazy.
  15. Question Karl. when I purchased my home, homeowners were required to fix venting in bathroom that vented in to attic. So they connected two bathrooms to 1 pvc pipe through roof then put a tin hat over the top of it. I the winter we constantly get water on br floor due to condensation. Was this done incorrectly.
  16. So when I was doing my fireplace project it was minus 15 outside and with a lot of snow outside. I decided it was a great idea to cut the stones I needed in my shop with a grinder. The cuts went quick and the fit perfect, but now there isn't a corner in my shop that doesn't have stone dust in it. I also mixed concrete in there and managed to get some concrete splatter on my dewalt heater and compressor. The shop truly looks used now, it's going to take a while to clean up the mess.
  17. That looks awesome, my house and yard have definitely been neglected and that's going to be my next big project next summer.
  18. Lowes sells an adapter u can cut to size. This is an old chart from dewalt that u may be able to get an adapter from even though it's not on there. Wish I could be more help.
  19. Welcome to the forum, once u have one post it just snowballs from there.
