Welcome aboard. I'm in the same boat. Tools r an addiction for me, and my primary job does not use tools. I'm constantly remodeling my home or workin on something. Any questions u have someone here will be able to answer. And don't let them talk u into any new tools.

It's sad that publicly shaming a company is the only way u get good customer service though. I'm glad everything worked out in the end.

Jimboslice that is not a horse, it's a Canadian German Shepard. I brought her back from Canada when she was a mere 20 #, she ended up out weighing my male Shepard by 40#. But she loves the new fireplace.

I seen that the other day while I was working at hospital, showed it the orthopedic doctor. He said he's seen a lot worse and went right back to what he was doing without missing a beat.

My dewalts had a smell at first, it went away with use. Love my dewalt impacts. Also have the high torque impact, takes a lug nut off quicker then a hooker giving a bj to a guy with genital warts.

Alright comp we r just going to have to boot u, u r making the rest of us look bad. That thing is sick. If I wasn't a dewalt fan, I would have that in my shop.

Thinking about this one last night. We all have those tools we may not use often but are thankful we have them when we need them. My last project,which was the fireplace I'm putting in, I used a lot of tools. So here's the list- dewalt miter saw, dewalt track saw, dewalt drill, dewalt grinder, dewalt multi tool, dewalt right angle drill, dewalt saw horses, dewalt bits, dewalt jigsaw, porter cable hammer drill for mortar, tin snipers, hock, mortar rake, mortar trowel, mortar point, ladder I did burn up the blade on miter saw cutting cement board, I know a big no no. But it was a great excuse to finally buy a Diablo blade that I've been eyeing. The track saw doesn't get out as much as I would like, but its definitely worth every penny when u need it. So what have u guys been working on and what tools have u had to brush the dust off that maybe don't get used all the time.

Definitely everything I don't already have in the dewalt line up. Then I would grab some festoon tools. Then I would need a mega shop.
