Rymorgan89
I was at my local flea market and found some Dewalt batteries 20 v all different 3,4,5,6 AH with dewalt branding on them that look 100% legit at less than half of retail price. Are there fake batteries that look exactly like the real deal out there? Any experience with flea market dewalt tools?
Jronman
I picture might help us determine if they are real or not.
JimboS1ice
Lots of people buy combo kits and get good deals, then break them up and sell them that way. Good chance that's the case
JakeDewalt
Ive never seen a fake that had the dewalt graphics on it. Always clearly marked differently
DR99
Like Jimbo said they are people breaking up deals on kits for profit.
Mordekyle
I think turds steal things from job sites and off the shelves of hardware stores. They return it, but without a receipt, stores only offer in store credit. With in store credit, they buy batteries or tools. They sell them at the flea market or on Craigslist for cash for whatever they can get.Legitimate tools. Illegitimate sellers.Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
