best, most comfortable gloves?

What are the most comfortable but yet durable gloves for welding. Mostly stick but will be doing a little mig also. I was looking at the miller mig/stick gloves but didnt know if they held up well. What kind do yall use?

Tillman 1350. Good all around glove. They soften up real nice but aren't real thick though. Probably not for real high amp welding but very comfortable and not too pricey. My 2 cents

 After using this Caiman arborist glove in an actual environment, I can say that it has all the features needed by an arborist to get the job done easily. It is one of the top gloves for cutting trees that anyone can use. Upon further inspection, the leather reinforcement in the palm extends to the index finger’s backside. The result is more durability in the glove. Aside from its durability, I also feel the comfort and the excellent grip it provides during the climb.
