Ejsimelaro Posted May 30, 2022 Report Share Posted May 30, 2022 The rip fence on my bts10 is bent. Does any other rip fence for any other Ryobi or any other brand work with my bts10. A new table saw is not in the budget this year but a new fence if I can find it cheep is. Saw worked great for rough cutting but now that I am doing some wood working it is not cutting square to the fence. When I really looked at the fence to figure out the issue it is bent at one end kicking out the piece towards the blade causing the cuts to be out of square. Kickback is a situation when wood gets picked up by the blade and violently thrown at you, which happens way faster than you can react. This usually occurs when the workpiece pinches the blade or gets stuck between the blade and the rip fence. Still, it's good to have other opinions. It would be nice if there s a photo.
