JoeMc3 Posted June 9, 2022 Report Share Posted June 9, 2022 Hi all, I'm trying to DIY an AC Ridgid power adapter using a 24V 16A output lighting power supply with a Ridgid battery shell I have from a dead battery. I'd just connect the 24V power supply outputs to the Ridgid 18V battery connectors. Would this work? Using 24V to drive 18V Ridgid power tools/shop vacs would be ok won't burn the tool?
