Altan Posted March 9, 2023 Report Posted March 9, 2023 I am not a fan of Persian rugs at all, in general we can categorise them into two different styles, one is called Kerman rug which is truly a Persian rug having some plain parts between the frame and the centre and the other one is called Tabriz (Turkish city in North-West Iran) rug which does not have any plain part, kind of. I do not like any of them and what I like is a very very plain rug. Here are some examples. But it should definitely be made of wool. What do you prefer for the floor in your place? Tiles, wood flooring, carpet, rug or any other things?! Quote
Altan Posted March 9, 2023 Author Report Posted March 9, 2023 And this is a Tabriz rug. You can see the plain red part in Kerman rug. Quote
