German brand Wurth has one of the most terrible customer service that I have ever seen!

Recently I got three different screwdriver bit set from Wurth, they are very expensive and I noticed they are not made in Germany but made in Taiwan. I got the third bit set just to get only one special size/profile and that bit was a wrong size, I contacted Wurth explaining the issue and how their listings are problematic and the answer was "I have not designed the website!" I was expecting to hear this instead "I will inform the right department to correct the mistakes." So goodbye to Wurth!

Wow, that is crazy.  I understand mistakes but I have never understood not fixing the mistakes and being professional.
