I was doing some “testing and evaluations” this weekend on a trip to the Atlanta area. I’m working mostly on a small sling-bag for “EDC-plus” carry and a small daypack for urban excursions. Cutting weight is important and my EDC had some limitations. I swapped out a pocket folder for a Leatherman P4 and was pleasantly surprised I didn’t feel much of a change either in the pocket or in function. I have normally carried both a pocket folder and multitool, but was needing to trim weight. Just curious if anybody else has ever done this. I’ve always considered a multitool as an addition to my fixed for folding bladed knife, never the primary. Now, for disclosure, I did have a small defensive fixed blade (and CCW) in addition to the P4… Thanks Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
