Rarity Proto 13mm Wrench Stamped 5/16"

Have you seen this before?   I have a 5/16 1210-W Proto combo wrench that is obviously not 5/16"  It is slightly larger than 1/2" and smaller than 9/16". I'm saying it is 13mm.  I contacted Proto to see if it was British Standard and they said no.

Probably it has been stamped with a wrong number, it happens sometimes, I had a lot of German made screwdriver bits stamped wrongly.
