Dbell01
i bought this drill a couple months ago but haven't used it to much i got it with the DC827 impact driver which i have used more and i like it no issues yet. i was getting the drill ready to tap some trees today i put a brand new bit in the drill squeezed the trigger and u can see the bit wobbling but the bit isn't bent. i noticed the chuck its self is wobbles by its self like it's not balanced and there is some play if you grab the chuck and try to wiggle it. is this normal for dewalt? kanxrus
In my experience, all chucks wobble... it's the nature of the beast. Longer the bit, the more the wobble is amplified.
Dbell01
bit was 4" at most, the craftsman drill i had prior had zero wobble, and the dewalt i use at work seems to to work fine
