framer
i recently bought another 36 volt kit, and the newer drills are now dc901 vs the older dc900. i sold my old dc900, but it seems to me that the dc901 has less power, particularly in 2nd speed, which is what i use the most. did dewalt reduce the power? or is it my imagination? ToolGeek
The DC900 changed to the DC901, it was re-branded from Nano to just 36v much like the DC927 drill. Some changes were made to the clamshell, as well as internal components the motor for one. Both are rated for 750 UWO so no performance change should be noticeable.
