Mr. Yellow Posted November 4, 2014 Report Posted November 4, 2014 I've had the opportunity to use one on a small job yesterday and today and it sure beats the old way of tying rebar.Did notice most models are made by the same manufacturer as they look alike. From brands I've never heard before besides Max. Most come with a 9.6v battery, but Max now has 14.4v. The powertool brands don't have anything like this, but they do have the kind of batteries that suits such a tool. Especially now DeWALT starting selling anchors/fixings. This might be a nice addition with a 20v Max/18v XR brushless rebar tier.
chadlanthier Posted November 4, 2014 Report Posted November 4, 2014 Sound like great idea. Dewalt needs to start listening
Kenneth Denmark Posted November 5, 2014 Report Posted November 5, 2014 Sound like great idea. Dewalt needs to start listeningWe are always listening:-)
