comp56 Posted September 2, 2015 Report Share Posted September 2, 2015 well I am all about using old parts and such, I had a bunch of old computer hard drives and if you didn't know it they have incredible strong magnets. I tool them apart and used them to make a magnetic strip to hang odd shaped tools ect ect.. Hard Drives torn down......left with a pile of strong magnets.....I took some thin plastic channel i had laying around and with 2 sided tape I placed the magnets in place.....I then mounted the strip and added some tools.......There was something missing and it looked plain so I added a name......overall this thing will hang most if not all tools.....especially odd shaped ones... 3 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I thought for sure your pictures would end here with a caption at the bottom saying "Modern Art" lol. Nice project. I'm working on something similar for a Christmas gift.
