JimboS1ice Posted February 22, 2016 Report Posted February 22, 2016 Pretty cool video, kept my attentionhttp://youtu.be/D2Wj_ZlZLoQJimboSent from my iPad using Tapatalk 1
KnarlyCarl Posted February 22, 2016 Report Posted February 22, 2016 That's pretty cool, I wondered why there was two tanks there, then it mentioned about using water on the blade. I never knew they used water, is that to keep the blade cool, and the dust down? Prevent pitch from sticking to the blade?
Atlas2000 Posted February 22, 2016 Report Posted February 22, 2016 I love old portable saw mills, but this does look much more efficient. The other tank is probably for gasoline.
John Glassey Posted February 22, 2016 Report Posted February 22, 2016 Nice video Jimbo, I love watching wood mill videos. If I had the property you know I would be milling my own wood. They mentioned the water was for blade lube. 1

Maybe for cooling purposes... extend blade life, otherwise id imagine that blade could get pretty hot
