  3. Got some overtime in at work today & the company took delivery of this beast.. Its a nice cordless hammer drill to be fair,I've only been using it for door stops (7mm sds bit) but its great,still wondering how it would compare to the 18v version I've got a 7 second video but i don't know how to make it smaller on the mac

  7. I have an example of how not to stickweld,This was my first time welding of any kind and was merely messing about..I lay the hammer&trowel down in a bag of tools after ild finished.My dad saw the funny side of it when he went for it next.. haha

  12. Good stuff! you won't be disappointed with the circular saw,its a nice little handy saw to have..To be honest I've not picked my corded one up for a good few month's now,thats how good it is!
  13. Mines a Cheap one from b&q made by Ap active cant remember how many lumens but it's quite bright..has a clip and Magnet on the rear and another magnet in the base..

    Hopefully my next kit will come with 5ah so il use them..I've got five 4ah upto now but equally the same amount of tools,I could do with some more..might have to see what Santa brings haha

    Handy little tools this..just had one of those "itl only take you five minutes" jobs from the boss! So glad I had the grinder in the boot because this threshold would of took the biscuit to cut with a hacksaw.. I had three of them to do and never broke a sweat!

    Il be honest ,I was hoping for more..but again it's the first time I've used it and I'm guessing runtime will get better,knowing how to use the grinder..that and they weren't a big branded disc(not that I'm aware of anyway)

    Right I got to use the beast today..Ild say it Deffinetly drained the battery faster than any other cordless dewalt tool I own,but it still managed 15 cuts of 3mm aluminium all 120mm long before I had to change the 4ah battery.. I had to change the blade on the last 2 and noticed the locking ring had worked loose,probably due to me not knowing how much pressure to put on the disc when cutting..

    Bought the Dewalt DCG412 brushed grinder about an hour ago,it looks like a quality tool but I've realised there's no on board storage for the spanner when changing the blade..I'm just wondering if anyone else has one and if so where do u store it?
  20. Weird question but,What's the diffrence? Every video I see of someone in the usa using pva it's always creamy whilst over here it's super white?
