I like it when I find the ledger board just nailed to the house and the home owner wonders why it is pulling away from the house. Then for the most part it was never flashed and the sheathing is rotting and the only way to fix it right is to take it down and start over. Then they ask "can't you just nail it back in place" That's when I just want to say ARE YOU FUCKING NUTS !!!!!!!!!!!!!

After the siding is striped it will just be a door way leading into a bed room and bath on the 1st floor and a large walk in closet in the roof attic from the 2nd floor bed room of the existing house. It's a job

Go for it. You will get some of the best training and after a while you get tired working for the man you can go out on your own. I left the utility after 35 years of service and age 55 to go out on my own.

We used to call them framers gloves. I started to use gloves more when they started to use OSB my hand are like a splinter magnet. I just cut the tips out of my own gloves

Sometimes on short rides. Now my first wife that passed away rode from Maryland to Sturgis on that seat. We where in our 20's then, When we got to Sturgis she told me that there is no way in hell she was riding home on it. I dropped her off at the Gray hound bus station and saw her 6 days late at home.

I've had the same bike for 40 years so I think this is what you need.
