    background:

    Q1 2016 flyers are in the process of beeing released on the internet on the appropriate Dewalt sites

    I check everyday and was caught be surprise that in the Q1 flyer / brochure from the Spain site the hedge trimmer is also shown !

     

    really caught me by surprise !!

    price for DCM563P1 (1x 5,0Ah + charger) = 290 €uro

     

    ((they also have some air tools / nailers & compressors) listed))

    meanwhile you can by the adaptor and the 18V gun 

    of course does not make sense from investment point of view if the 20v max gun only has several weeks/ fewmonths release date

    my unofficial sources however say will take till mid 2016

     

    so buying the two item now makes sense

    • 2mm shorter than dcf886

     

    available as bare tool and kit

  20. converting a DW932 cordless joiner to a XR battery housing (e.g. DCG412 housing)

    topic says it all !

     

    I have a cordless dewalt joiner DW932 (almost new, seldom used) with housing for 18v stem batteries

    I was wondering if I can convert the tool to a XR battery housing ?

     

    e.g. using the housing of a dcg412 grinder

     

     

    I think this was done before, but I lost track/ never followed up;

     

    Any EXPERIANCE / tips or tricks ???

     

    This would be a great tool , as Dewalt does not make this
