Dan could make that box on his X-Carve, and add a TIA logo to the top.

They still sell them over here...
Oh man, that is so sweet! I wish we could score one of those on this side of the pond.

I see a bunch of these on our local Craigs List, and one of these days I am going to pick one up and "restore" it with the current yellow and black DeWalt colors for my workshop.

I have this set http://www.homedepot.com/p/DEWALT-Titanium-Pilot-Point-Drill-Bit-Set-14-Piece-DW1354/202019930
Although I only use them for wood, they work great, it's nice not having to use a center punch. I have not tried the situation you mentioned yet, using a bigger size bit after already drilling a smaller hole. I will test it out, and let you know the results. I have drilled hundreds of holes on my drill press into 1/2 - 3/4 inch Baltic Birch, with the smallest bit, and it has not broke yet. I need to do this on my Scroll Saw patterns, for interior cuts.

HA HA, figures it's Canadian. There are some other funny stories on the site, must be the Canadian version of the Onion.
Disclaimer - Some of my best friends are Canadian, and spent a lot of time in BC. One of the most beautiful places on this planet

Will have a watch later. I have met so many nice folks from Australia in my many hobbies, I have it on my bucket list to get there for a 2 week visit, has I have had a lot of offers for places to stay. I would love to be there for Field Day, which is a Ham Radio event that takes place every year. I love history, and there are some incredible museums I want to visit there.

Good Day Crew!
We are starting to work on the TIA sign Dan sent to us, when Brandon was in the hospital. We are still deciding on what we are going to do, but since the top of the sign was missing the boarder, we will be removing the 3 remaining boarders. We will be adding a new boarder, just not sure on the species of wood. Some thoughts we had, adding some LEDS to the top, that would highlight the letters and and logo.

That's awesome! One can never have too many knifes laying around the workshop. Good Luck Everyone!

Nice catch! I little spot where I use to fish in Wisconsin was loaded with carp, I can't eat fish, but there was this guy that was always there that would take what I caught. We did a lot overnight fishing, so the guy usually would cook them up right on the spot.

The mail lady dropped this off today, I guess the "wish list" on Amazon and Home Depot is doing its job LOL.

Good Day Crew!
I want to start off by saying a big thank you to all that sent their well wishes and prayers, to me and my family. August really sucked, it was one bummer situation after another, and it really tested me and my always positive outlook I have on life.
That night on periscope when Dan was carving the TIA sign, and he offered it to someone from the crew, and everyone said to send it to me, that really warmed my heart. Although it was accidentally mailed to another member of the crew, Mondo, I want to thank Mondo for being so kind, and joking around in his forum post with me.
Please understand, that Dan and Eric where really bummed about the mistake. I replied to thier E-mail basically saying "No worries, I am grateful for the offer of a custom TIA sign".
Why am I writing all of this? Well, I just want to point out how genuine and honest Dan and Eric are, and has you can see from the picture below, they are men of their word.
