  1. the gang here is amazing! thanks for giving back!
  2. BORING! come back to us when you guys make an overpriced carbon fiber level or something... oh, wait... no seriously, those look pretty nice. i'm curious how the pouches attach to the rig, though. i'm also curious how the EU products differ from the USA ones, especially when it comes to durability. i'm ignorant of life in europe, but i imagine the conditions are probably pretty different than we have here. anybody know?
  3. you might just be right about that. newest gen seems like a worthwhile upgrade for a lot of people. hell, they raised the price of their tool chest, why not their premium drills?
  4. that's a great looking work bench. i could see milwaukee coming out with something like that in the next year, maybe this forum is where they get their innovations! excellent work.
  5. crescent roll (go pillsbury, go!)
  6. Hah! That's funny. At least they discounted the older model instead of increasing the price on the new one. The extra $50 seems well worth it, though, cause aside from the fact the tool is much improved the batteries are now XC5.0 instead of 4.0.
  7. i have a service center near me, so i've only dropped off and been unbelievably happy with the results, but the service guy explained how easy it was to just do it online. there's a service section on milwaukee's website, and you just have to go to the eservice section and follow the prompts to request the repair and print a mailing label. i think it's free shipping, but i could be wrong. that's it. pack it up and drop it off wherever you normally send packages from. supposedly it only takes a week to get the tool back. although i used the service center near me, i do think they actually needed to ship my tool to another center. even with that extra day or so of dropping off I still got a call that my tool was ready in a few days. nice thing about eservice is they just ship it straight to you, so it could be quicker. i have no idea how they work so fast, but it's crazy good service.
  8. i was too late.... STONE PAVER!
  9. I saw that this morning too. i suppose if you really want the speaker it might be a decent deal, but personally i would pass on this one...
  10. i've been wanting to ask about this too. i was torn between the jacket and hoodie last year and never pulled the trigger on either one. now i see the 3 in 1 jacket and the choice is even tougher, although winters aren't that bad around here so that one might be overkill.
  11. that's customer service done right. i wouldve been happy with the quick replacement of the drawer slides. and 1 tool wouldve been awesome to receive, but 5?! gotta appreciate a company that's looking at the long term good rather than just a quick profit. they're definitely making sure their customers remain loyal to the brand. good lookin out milwaukee!
