ChrisK Posted May 9, 2016 Report Share Posted May 9, 2016 I've got the dual charger for my Makitas with two USBs but I've never timed it. I will say it's awfully quick with the 4.0s I have. Whereas my Dewalt charger is slow as snot. I want to get the dual one. If it keeps up with my experience that means probably a 40-50 minutes charge time in reality. Milwaukee and Bosch recently release rapid chargers too so everyone but Dewalt has one if necessary. None of these chargers are going to keep up with continuous use of a grinder or chipping with a rotary hammer, but for almost anything else you're not going to be short on batteries and I'm satisfied with that. 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Craigh9916 Posted May 10, 2016 Report Share Posted May 10, 2016 Best way to get a good idea is have a look what amp the charger is as the new bosch one is 8 amp but that also charges the 36v batteries too which is good !
