Sanding With The Milwaukee Gen 2 Drill

well I was wanting to sand these pieces to the same contour yet not have them glued together, so I figured I would use my oscillating sander but it was impossible to clamp these parts together and have enough travel to sand them properly.....well the Milwaukee Gen 2 drill came to the rescue having the increased RPM it was enough to sand these perfectly.....

well yes and no, I just used the rubber tube from my oscillating sander with ready rod long enough to go into chuck with flat washers and nuts to tighten....

elderly neighbor came over with a couple pieces of Mahogany that came out of a window sill (didn't want to throw it away) so I planed it down and made him a cooling rack for his wife with some of it....
