I have a 33 gal air compressor that died i want to put a 5 hp motor and a two stage pump. I run impacts, cutters, die grinders from time to time(not every day) I simply dont have room for a 60 gal nor do I have a way of moving a 60 gal into my small shop with my trailer.

Im a welder also, my question is:Is this doable?

Im looking to buy from e max with their pumps and motors. I have two air tanks a 33 and a 25.

Any input, help, part lists etc is appreciated.

I don't know much about compressor motors but sounds like that motor and pump should work. I would make sure you have a pressure gauge and safety valve. If you only use those tools from time to time would looking at Milwaukee's M18 offerings be a better option?
