346 Posted September 5, 2020 Report Posted September 5, 2020 I have a air scissors for sheetmetal from Harbor Freight. basically crap, no surprise, but it works fairly. Not goodly. I saw the 2 headed electrics for 40$ and was not a believer. What air nibbler is really decent and under 75$..??is there one..?? The Ingersoll looked nice but price sucked....
paulengr Posted September 12, 2020 Report Posted September 12, 2020 Nibblers as a rule are not cheap. The low end gets you maybe”14” or “16” gauge but that’s an absolute maximum...16-18 gauge is more realistic. So maybe OK for roofing but not much else. That’s the cheap category and Ingersol Rand is pretty typical. The biggest ones are 10 gauge and really work on 12-14 gauge and smaller. But the price is much higher.
