The Diesel tech Posted May 21, 2022 Report Share Posted May 21, 2022 I attempted to grease the hammer mechanism in my ryobi HP 1/2 inch drive impact wrench, part number P262. However, when I got everything apart and tried to separate the planetary gear set and hammer mechanism housing from the motor, I could not get it apart. Does anyone know how they come apart? I can't find any information online about it, are they simply glued together and tamper proof? I know that the new high torque ryobi impact can be taken apart and greased but what about the mid torque, P262? Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
