Did the brand Gripty go out of business?

Gripty the maker of the Flexmate silicone tray no longer has a working website. When you go to their site it redirects to a site I have never heard of called caddytool. Anyone know the status of the Gripty brand? I have a few of the trays and they are really nice. I also checked the gripty instagram and it either can't be found or is private.

I have never heard of them before but the product looks cool.  That is interesting, wonder if the got bought out or went out of business.
