cyclone700
Went to use my 20V max drill and battery was dead. LED blinked when I pulled the trigger. I put it on the charger and the light does not light up at all. I did charge a 12v and a 20v battery and it worked fine. I don't use it very often and it's maybe been charged 4 or 5 times in year and a half. Anybody else have this problem? How long was the battery warranty on the 20V max batteries? kjones
Warranty is 2 years for the compact and 3 for the full size. Warranty exchange it.
kyleatusa
Same problem as the first poster, I have bought Dewalt for a long time, moved to the 20v Impact March 2013 and both the batteries I got in the kit will charge to one bar and that is it. How do I return these? Thanks, seriously considering a different manufacture, bummed
cyclone700
I contacted Dewalt customer service and gave them a number off the battery and they are shipping me a new battery. I will follow up when I get the new battery.
cyclone700
Just received the replacement battery and got the new one with the fuel gauge. Hopefully this lasts a little longer than the first. Thanks Dewalt for taking care of it.
