Punda1991
The ratchet? Think so but not anymore I broke it! Lol now I'm in the hunt for 1/4 3/8 and 1/2 that match like snap on or mac
Conductor562
Check out the Proto J4757F, J5257F, and 5457F.72 tooth Italian made round heads based on a Facom design. The offer 13 tooth engagement which is the highest engagement on the market. They are great ratchets. They are available in a non-flex as well. The new 90 tooth Mac's look awesome. They are a dual pawled version of the current 45T Proto Premium Pearheads (also awesome rats). Expect to pay up for them though. The Proto version will be around this fall and will likely be more affordable.
Punda1991
I was at the flea market today and guy had threw nice snap on ratchets that I wanted and I was like how much for them he told me 25 a piece.... Regretting not buying them but they were not fine tooth and kinda older and a tad of rust
Conductor562
Tooth count is a personal preference. As you'll see when I start showing off my bottom box tomorrow, I keep 24T, 45T, and 72T in service.Anything in an engine bay typically gets a 72, suspension gets 24's, and the 45's get used on fasteners of higher torque, but not rusted and shit. There is absolutely zero science behind that system, just one of Conductor's quirks I suppose. If budget is a concern and you want a nice ratchet for an affordable price, the 90 tooth Carlyle rats from NAPA are a great value. They come in hard and cushion handle, short, long, flex, anything you want really. Made in Taiwan, but the quality is there. If you've got the funds I'd check out the Proto set I suggested first though.

Lol now I'm in the hunt for 1/4 3/8 and 1/2 that match like snap on or macThose Craftsman RHFT rats were the best kept secret Sears had for years. You could usually only get them is sets, but they were nice rats. I have one from around 1974 in my truck right now that I'm going to take to Sears tomorrow for a repair kit.
