Drywall Screwguns - Bosch SG250 or SG450

For drywall you really want to have higher rpm. I kinda bought the wrong model from Protool because I only looked at the 18v model (thinking 10.8v wasn't sufficient enough), but that has lower rpm and higher torque so you can use it for certain wood/wood applications as well.

the 10.8v model had higher rpm and is solely for drywall.

in a perfect world a drywall gun has both speed/torque settings, but I don't think any gun has that?!

sure you can use a dimpler and attach it to your drill, but they wear out.

so you might end up buying 5 or 10 dimpler for about $5-10 each

also a drywall gun lays better in your hand, for example for overhead work.

I actually never used one before, but mine will arrive today.

bought the SG450 from HomeDepot.com and now amazon has the special sale, $25 off $100 purchase selected tools.

lucky that the screw gun counts towards it. I will return that gun at my local HD and buy it from amazon.com

I save  about $36
