Before, during and after - my DIY toilet upgrade.

 

I really should have taken a photo before I started ripping things apart.

 

I had to pack the wall out because the new toilet didn't line up so I made a shelf and put some LED lights behind the glass tiles to double as a night light. Epoxy resin holds the glass tiles down & doubles as the grout.

No sink, the room is too small and it isn't normal to have a sink in such a small room in my country (New Zealand)

 

I'm working on the bathroom now so the finished pictures will come in a few weeks

In my next house I will have a sink outside the main toilet & bathroom. This way if someone is occupying the bathroom or the toilet you can still wash your hands, put makeup on or brush your teeth.
