Samuel L.
Is that not identical to the stanley one.
Kenneth Denmark
It is.. http://m.homedepot.com/p/Stanley-Fatmax-22-in-Structural-Foam-Roll-Workshop-020800R/202262088?PID=4150373&AID=11210757&cj=true&cm_mmc=CJ%2d%5f%2d4150373%2d%5f%2d11210757http://toolguyd.com/dewalt-multi-level-mobile-tool-storage-combo/
DR99
Some here mentioned that it didn't seem all that well built.
ChrisK
Yeah DR, as I recall one of the members bought one a while back and posted a picture. It was a while ago though. Sorry Mikey, I haven't got it either.
MikeyB
Thanks for the replies guys, I saw one a few weeks ago at my local HD, and it didn't look all that bad. My HD just started to carry more of the Dewalt boxes lately. I would like to pick one of these up and give them a try
JeremyJ
I checked one out recently and it does have a heavier frame/extension handle than the Stanley version. I researched the Stanley version last year and the main complaints were the frame/handle and the main opening handle breaking. I haven't researched if they improved the main opening handle. Micheal West
I have one. I really like it for storing my safety gear (goggles, knee pads, gloves, etc.)...The way it opens makes it not super ideal for constant opening and closing, which is why I use it for the safety gear. Not a lot of need to get at that stuff very often, after you get what you need.I imagine it would be good for electricians, though. Seems a good way to lug around stuff one might need for wiring, and what not. And having it opened up, while working, seems logical and quite handy, in that situation.All-in-all, Id say it's a bit of a niche item. But, very useful in the right situation. Pretty durable, in my experience.
RickyMcGrath
I had three of the Stanley ones. Kept them less than 90 days before returning and moving on to the Tough System. The cantilever ones are no where near water resistant and when I was working out of a truck, it made life difficult when we got those sporadic random rain storms in the middle of the afternoon. Micheal West
Yeah, I definitely wouldn't recommend it if you're transporting it in the back of a truck. And,for the cost, honestly I wouldn't buy more than one. Tough System is much better, for sure.
Nalu Rash
I've got the Stanley one but after using the DeWalt Tstaks, I just use the Stanley for storing miscellaneous electrical and mudding tools. Yeah, I'm not a fan of these cantilever boxes.
MikeyB
I picked one up, it's a pretty decent item for around the house/ garage projects. I cannot see myself buying another one.
Micheal West
My only real gripe, is that it slides opens to the back. Makes it impossible to use if it's against a wall. I like to keep my toolboxes out of the way. But, this one has to be well away from anything behind it.

You'll need about 2 feet of open area in front of the damn thing to open itSent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G870A using Tapatalk
