Poisonfangs85
Just a couple set up and finishing pics from today. We were to busy with the pump (setting up and breaking hoses) to take any pictures of that part of the process. Next is framing the offices. Cannot tell you how glad I was to pour this out today. This job has been a constant fight with the engineers, smartchitects and safety coordinators.

We came in, tore down what was left of the wood framing, built new masonry walls (used a few that were already in place), Set bar joists and pan decking. Installed the handrail and poured the mezzanine floor. It would have been easier to tear down everything that was there and build new rather than retrofit, would have been money ahead as well. I hate trying tie in my design with someone elses. I would rather just start from scratch but I know that's not always the most economical.Sent from my SM-N900V using Tapatalk

In this case with all of the delays and RFI's it would have been more cost effective to put all of the exsisting in dumpsters.
