LastOfTheVee8s
Anyone ever built a kegerator? This is one of my favorite projects!

kruton
We just turned an old refrigerator in the garage into one. It's amazing how much more often. Your friends come over to hang out! Amazingly enough they never have any cash to help out getting a refill! So my advice if you have a kegerator, get the square for your phone so you can swipe debit cards. LastOfTheVee8s
Ha, you are right about that! Keg plus deposit can be expensive. I also keg my homebrew so that saves a bit.
DR99
I want a kegerator but I just don't drink enough beer to justify the cost and hassle. You need to keep the lines clean of the beer will start to taste really bad!! I went to a micro brew that had a dirty line and the one beer that was on it wasted so bad!! LastOfTheVee8s
Keeping the lines clean is easy. Brewing & drinking beer is a hobby so I don't worry about justifying the cost!
