JimboS1ice
Well we have a HD and Lowes Permathread for deals so why not start an Amazon one. Specially with the holiday deals coming up.Today's gold box deal they have the black and decker matrix kit for 149. Never used this kit but a buddy of mine at work got one from his fiancée and said he actually thought it was a decent set, worked for him. Here's the link, this would make a good starter tool kit for someone.Black & Decker BDCDMT1206KITC Matrix 6 Tool Combo Kit with Case https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00PK4XY90/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_awd_5mWuwbEZA7MX5JimboSent from my iPad using Tapatalk
ChrisK
Jimbo I used to have the Autosense drill and it was a really good drill. One thing to pay attention to is how many good reviews these guys get. Certainly not trade tools but they make a really decent tool for the home owner in many cases. LastOfTheVee8s
This looks like a pretty cool kit. The buyers are giving it high reviews. Convenient way for someone to have an all in one tool. I wonder what the quality of each attachment is though.

BMack37
Good looking out that's a steal.JimboSent from my iPhone using Tapatalk That's the second one that has been under $9 in the past week! The first(5" short round nose, 37 33 125) one lasted about a day, both were not in stock but able to order. Will post if there are any more, definitely a steal that everyone should jump on and consider if you need it later.

Perhaps picking up O-rings?
BMack37
I saw those - what exactly does one use round nose pliers for? Perhaps picking up O-rings? Mostly working with wire...but they can be used as non-marring(smooth jaw) needle nose pliers, like if you're working on jewelry.
jeffmcmillan
For the life of me I cant think of a specific use for round nose pliers besides making loops in wires, yet when I'm working on electronics theyre the pliers I reach for almost as much as bent nose. BMack37
For the life of me I cant think of a specific use for round nose pliers besides making loops in wires, yet when I'm working on electronics theyre the pliers I reach for almost as much as bent nose. I believe that is the original purpose but I also use them as smooth-jawed needle nose pliers(If I have the space) because they're more sturdy with less of a gripping pinch point. Also in use mostly for electronics.
BMack37
Today is 15% off Amazon Warehouse deals. Please check condition, most of the stuff I get from warehouse deals is new but out of packaging. Just go here and search for whatever brand you like, if you're getting a lot of results you can limit price range or my favorite % off MSRP. Here's the link: http://www.amazon.com/gp/search/ref=sr_nr_n_9?fst=as%3Aoff&rh=n%3A10158976011%2Cn%3A228013%2Cp_8%3A2229036011%2Cn%3A!468240%2Cn%3A328182011&bbn=10158976011&ie=UTF8&qid=1443594271&rnid=10158976011 I already picked up a set of Knipex needle nose pliers with comfort grip, for $21. On KCTool they were over $40, on ebay they were around $25 but on Amazon I have credit card reward points so I only paid $6! Good luck gentlemen! BMack37
Nice dude, thanks for sharing the link, now I have another spot to check for deals!JimboSent from my iPhone using TapatalkNo problem, also, if you get the wrong item...as I just did today(I received a Husky ratchet instead of Gearwrench) try complaining via chat. I ended up with a full refund and a spare ratchet. Looks like someone scammed Amazon by buying a Husky ratchet and returning it to them in the Gearwrench packaging and I ended up with it...kinda sucks because I don't want the Husky but can't complain too hard when it was free. I just ordered three of these. Hopefully they come back in stock and aren't so cheap because they were clearing them out. Can't beat that price.Sent from my SM-N900V using Tapatalk Yeah, I figured it was worth it, they don't even charge you until it ships so it's worth a shot. I ended up buying two so I could have one at work and one at home.

DR99
I picked up the Dewalt cordless vacuum. I have a canister Ryobi but it kinda sucks and not in a good way. It uses filter papers which are a pain the plus is they are cheap compared to a real filter. The cool thing about the Ridgid cordless vac is it uses their fullsized filter everyone has them.
