Well I am trying my first smoke and doing it with my Weber Grill. The store had a sale, so figure I would try this before i shell out the big bucks for a Brisket. Made a rub and using apple wood to smoke. Hopefully it turns out. Was going to have Dan over, but not sure if my oldest son is sick. Dan will be over for the next smoke and we will Periscope it. For the money it's hard to beat. I have one and love it. Next time I am at Home Depot, I picking another one up. Actually I am using mine right now to help dry the paint on my basement floor.

That's is awesome. Which I had the space to make a nice workshop like that. I hate having to set up everything up only to keep taking it down.
