  6. Well....to answer my own question.... My Alter Ego......Clint Schwarzenegger Norris: Geez Chris, I just want to say an absolutely awesome machine! I would highly recommend it! Hwaaaaaacha!!!!! Chrisk: Really, what is so great about it? Clint Schwarzenegger Norris: oh dude, it's light, the trigger and weight is incredible and it easily blows through thick bushes....and the 5.0 lasts all day! And it can't tell if I used 5 or 6 so the bush has to feel lucky....or dead. Now!!! Get into da choppa!!!!! Chrisk: wow! Clint Schwarzenegger Norris.....you are my hero! Thank you!!!! And with that? I got it guys. It's friggin awesome!!!! I'll try to shoot some video later on. It was chewing through a bush I've got that I haven't been able to trim without shears like it was wet newspaper. Awesome machine! The blade design is pretty neat too. Sort of a weird hook to it. Glad to have some more yellow in the house!
  7. I say the same thing about mine. Funny, my new secretary says the same thing about my wife!!!!!!! What the heck?!?!?!?!!?!!?
  8. Dave, I gots to start selling mine, I'm thinking about hitting up a couple of local craft dealers and putting some pens and cutting boards out there.
  9. Hahahahaha well Comp....when it comes here I'll make sure I send you one. Of course after the Mounties rape you on shipping and customs, you can use the vacuum to clean the mess you leave on the floor after you get the bill.......19 months before the vacuum arrives
  10. I'm curious when it will make its way here? Rik, do you have access to this in Holland now?
  11. Oops! Never mind it does have both! That is pretty darn cool!
  12. So does this one come with a regular AC cord too? Or is it always on 18v? If so, I'd say done deal if I were serious in the market for one.
  13. The Dewalt gun is still on the short list for me. Plus backed with their experience with the venerable 18v version I think they have a real good background with the design.
  14. Yeah I do have the Ego blower and consequently love the thing and truthfully I will probably end up going with the hedger. That Dewalt just looks good though!
  15. I never thought I would see a Makita out price a Festool! I checked the site and I don't know the comparative value of money in Australia as opposed to the USA but holy crap!!!! It is more expensive than the Midi offered by the same dealer!! I would say that the Makita is supposedly a fantastic machine and I'm sure it has its applications (namely unfinished dwellings etc) but that's a whole of features apron a whole lot of money. I wonder what kind of run time you would gat out of a machine like that?
  16. Beautiful work Dave, I love turning pens too. Never have done a razor though. fantastic work!
  17. Hahahaha no.....Kobalt!

  20. Funniest girl I've ever met. The story is, she likes Orange is the New Black. I'm not really a drinker but I had two beautiful glass tumblers that I freeze and have a cold beer in. She broke both of them. Then she got me an engraved one with our wedding date on it. She broke that one. Then, we were at Newbury Comics and she found this one plus one that says Bazinga. This one is a quote from ONB. I cracked up when she got it for me. She promised me she learned not to break my tumblers.
  21. Dude.....just for the sheer cost alone I can't do that!!!!!! Sweet Baby J!
  22. Hey....it's in the top three!!!!
