Yea it is a good Idea if you have the bucks. Here in Baltimore they start at $350,000.00 for a 1bed 1bath studio the over $1,000.000.00 and you are right next to the port and rail yard so you get all of that noise at no extra charge.
If your floors are in good shape you can use disc type sanders for your floors. It may take a little longer but you will have a hard time screwing up your floor.
I have never seen or know anybody that has or used the Milwaukee saw so I think that you would like the 780. I have to agree with everything the said in the video about the 718 but, now that the 780 is out thats the one that I would get.
Gaming back in the day. I remember having to boot up in DOS to play Doom because with 4 megs of ram you could not run doom and windows at the same time. Then when you dropped 150 bucks for 4 more megs of ram you were on fire. Then Unreal Tournament then Halo for PC. Now it is all Playstation or Xbox. I can't remember the last time a played a game
