when im in the store and i see a tool i don't own ( or specially when its on sale ) i never think for what can i use it....i buy it and when im at home i think about it what nice thinks i can do with it
@BK: when you have to sand tight corners were you cant get into with a ROS. pick a project and use your ROS I bought one to sand cedar pickets for my new 4 planters. spring is on the way - just have to pick some flowers.
I cant run my table saw and shop vac on 1 breaker. (its a 20amp breaker circuit but still doesn't work) that's why I use the wireless remote for my shop vac on a separate outlet / circuit.
I would use a 2hp dust collector and like chad said, cover it with insulation - build a case around the motor, but leave a hoe in it that it can get some air
