  1. For you Justin. $0.01 each.
  2. Something like an LED or LCD gauge that gives you precise charging status. Right now, on DeWalt for example, ones best guess is 33%, 66% or fully charged. At what percentage do the three indicators change from one to another. Will the battery show three bars at 75%? Will it show two bars at 50%?
  3. To respond to the OP, brand new, out of the package batteries are usually approximately 60% charged. (2 of 3 bars on DeWalt). I'm sure there is a reason for that. Shelf Longevity based on DeWalts research? How about a digital battery gauge or digital charger from the manufacturers?
  4. IDEA ALERT: Tough System battery storage with some form of air exchanger or even some sort of cooling technology. After I hit 40 Tough boxes, I may scrap one and see if I can think up something.
  5. $12..... Hmmm. That saves me a few bucks. If I catch a deal at an online retailer, I've gotten the DS carrier brackets down to $15-16 with discounts and free shipping.
  6. Lowes is running a deal on the Kreg Tool Box with 1,000 screws and the box. $50 I believe.
  7. Very nice. What did you use for the angle brackets?
  8. Found a couple more 150's today. I'm up to 32 total boxes. I'm closing in on 77Ford.
  9. Incredibly Expensive and they run on 208/230v. http://www.pressurewashersdirect.com/DeWalt-DXPW3000E-Pressure-Washer/p16101.html
  10. I like the fact you can look at each piece and see the 2-4 different tools he/she used in each mock up.
  11. That's a cool video. Love the Open Top Tough System Tote. I also saw the Tough System Radio in there.
  12. HD carries A LOT more DeWalt products like hand tools and tape measures, so Lowes chooses not to because there is more profit on their Kobalt ones and they don't have to worry about price matching.
  13. HD & Lowes are the decision makers. They decide who and what they carry. Bottom line is that is books down to profit. Take Kohler products for instance, Kohler makes one toilet and gives it three different model number. One to ship to the wholesale places like Ferguson and Moore Supply, one to Lowes and one to Home Depot. All to avoid price match because the model number is K-1234-0 vs K-1235-0 vs K-1236-0
  14. I can't say what I would use it for exactly. I would definitely have to play with it to see how it would benefit me. Being that I'm not a tradesman and often find myself doing a wide variety of trades, this may be beneficial for setting custom "tunes" (that's the diesel gearhead in me thinking) for different varieties of work.
  15. I agree! Milwaukee is total junk now that One Key is out. If you have paypal, I'll gift you some funds to cover shipping.
  16. He does have some saggy shelves though. [emoji16]
  17. I have shelving similar to Dan's garage on two sides. I'm going to check measurements and see if if can maybe just utilize those and modify them to fit. Only down side is they are 24" deep and for tough boxes, I don't need that depth.
  18. I just checked our shop and I have three dozen full extension drawer glides. I may not be able to use Carrier Brackets, but it's easy. Just a bunch of plywood and some time. I wouldn't have to be too precise on measurements. Just add an inch to the width of the Tough Boxes for drawer glides. Put a wood front on the drawer and viola.
  19. Awesome. I would really like to have a slide out capability. That's going to be the tricky part. Or at least very time consuming part. I really like the color scheme on those boxes more than the current boxes.
  20. VERY NICE! Do you have any tools in all those chests and Tough Boxes?
  21. I also heard HD will be drastically reducing top stock to follow more of a Walmart feel. And then I found this in a store.
