  1. I think they are just marketing material. USB thumb drives seem to be the new coozies or pens/pencils.
  2. It's be cool to have. I'm up for it.
  3. Is that the One key?! LOL!!!
  4. Nothing. They had some lame demonstration rig showcasing the torque of their drill. It was hooked up to a pully. If you could stand upright with your feet together and keep the drill from pulling you over, you won something, but it's virtually impossible.
  5. Exactly the same experience I had at two events in Houston. They said they had gift cards if you bought certain tiered dollar amounts worth of tools. If I remember correctly, it wasn't even a good rebate amount. $100 Visa card for $1,000 purchase? I get more than 10% off tools any day of the week.
  6. I didn't know that. Only a few hours from me. I sure would like to go visit.
  7. We're you the one that posted all 4 photos together?
  8. I just downloaded it and am beginning to learn it.
  9. No. Was just surfing the web and found it.
  10. Neat little knife to add to the collection. http://www.m4040.com/Survival/KIT%20PICS/Yellow-900.jpg
  11. It's a great light for +/-$50. I managed to pick up 3 when HD was clearing them out of their stores. I think I got them for about $60 each w/3.0battery.
  12. Depending on your state and local supply, TruFuel is in theory, better for your smaller engines. The stuff at the pump can have a lot of Ethanol in it and unless your engine is designed for it, it can shorten the life. Or so I'm told. I run TruFuel. 50:1, 40:1 and straight in all my small equipment.
  13. I think it has something to do with their RTV process
  14. Yeah. It's not that hard. Customer Service will sometimes tell you that you can only return and re-purchase. But if you tell them the issue with the coupon up front, they'll take care of you.
  15. Wow. Sure sounds like I may have written that. That is pretty funny.
  16. I'm a contractor so I'm small time compared to what some of these guys spend.
  17. I haven't completely decided yet. The gate is just tacked in place with a few screws to keep the dogs in. I have a 6x6 post there so probably the common strap style hinges from Lowes
  18. Glad you're ok. I've been putting a lot of effort into safety gear lately. From someone who has omitted the basics nearly all my life, I'm playing with fire. No glasses, no hearing protection and no mask. I'm changing my ways though. One of our shop hands had a piece of wood shoot into his eye a couple weeks ago while using a weed eater. Thankfully he is 100% but the doctors were talking about whether or not he'd have vision our of that eye again.
  19. The nice thing about FuelRewards is you still use any card to pay so you can still get your 5%.
  20. Yeah. I know the feeling. It happens around here often. I have 6 that are all within a 30 minute drive. I do A LOT of ordering online to ear rewards. If I recall, I spent about 100K at Lowes last year.
  21. I would. I just wouldn't risk it with the poor reviews of that hose. I have a hose from HD that's similar. And it's cracking after a year of pretty much being in a garage or indoors. I'm waiting for it to have a blow out.
  22. The few reviews I read all had problems with the hose. Not the reel.
