  1. 28V cordless units are still floating around. http://www.rockler.com/dewalt-dc351-hd-6-1-2-28v-li-lon-saw
  2. There's an awful lot in setting up the logistics for those shows. They better get in ASAP IF THEYRE GOING.
  3. Doesn't the DCB106 charger offer a wall mount option?
  4. A tool like that, you FIND ways to use it.
  5. I have the DCH253 SDS Rotary Hammer. I still holes up to 1.25" for anchoring dock levelers & bumpers for 18 wheelers. I always drill progressively when going that large and step up at least twice, often three times. 1/4", 3/4" then 1-1/4".
  6. I have 22 batteries and can easily use 10-12 in a day. By myself. Rotory Hammer goes through batteries like nobody's business. My grinder does too.
  7. DEWALT isn't listed as an exhibitor this year.... Kind of disappointing as they've had some great new releases the past few years.
  8. I've managed to acquire most of them at VERY VERY low costs. 5-6 were given to me, several were bought with various tools at extremely discounted rates. Some open item returns, some non stock. Caught a few "free battery" deals on line and in stores.... And so I have 22. I can easily go through 10-12 in a day. Yesterday I burned through eight 3.0's drilling concrete for anchors. I also occasionally outfit my crews with specialty tools and they need batteries too.
  9. I have 22 various 20V's. So I'm super stoked about it. The idea of simultaneously charging six batteries is really what excites me.
  10. The regular gorilla glue foams up? The key to it is to NOT wipe it immediately. Let it foam out and AFTER its dry, snap the foam off or trim it with the appropriate tool.
  11. Nope. If you put too much weight, it won't allow the tool to recoil properly and impact the concrete. A few times, I used one hand just to keep the tool upright.
  12. There are four holes on the bottom that I used ~2" screws to secure it. They're drilled at an angle. Maybe 45 degrees? It held great! That's why I say 3/4" plywood, to give you enough material to attach to.
  13. No. Not really. The Shocks Anti Vibration helps along with the spring loaded foregrip. The tool really does all the work. It's real nice because it's not so heavy that you can't manuever it to use it at angles or even horizontally.
  14. Is that the DWE7480? You can cut a piece of 3/4 ply to fit the bottom of the saw, use the brackets and carriage bolt them the the ply. It works great. I did it before I got the rolling stand followed by the 741RS. It becomes quick release and you can still set the saw on a table or workbench if need be. It also puts the saw up nice and high. Which I liked because I'm 6'4
  15. Supposed to be able to charge 6 20V batteries then use those batteries to provide 110v power.
  16. Has anyone heard any rumors of the power pack charger/inverter?
  17. Follow us on Facebook @ facebook.com/OnTopRestoration Lots of project pics.
  18. This one is a 40#. I have the 20# which we use for chipping out floor drains, chipping tile and smaller interior projects. We also have the complete dust collection attachments for interior projects.
  19. No. This was just the first project we used it on.... We have 500 sq ft of driveway to demo, a 20x20 patio and about 300 sq ft of slab for new plumbing. This footing is 5000 PSI 16" deep as well. My 20# wouldn't have done it.
  20. Now we're talking! A DEWALT Tough System, Radio, Charger & Cooler!
  21. I've searched as well for at least a year. Check youtube as they're easy to make. Aftermarket ones probably won't be true zero clearance. Rising the blade through a custom one is the best way.
  22. I'm feeling a love/hate relationship here.... I love all the new tools you guys are sharing, but my bank account hates you for it..... I better start saving my pennies for all the new things coming out.
  23. If you're good with electronics circuitry, you could setup the whole thing perfectly. Storage inside, battery charger, etc.
