  1. "Soon". Toolaholic and a few others have gotten review models, I'd be shocked if they aren't available within the next two weeks or so.
  2. PackOut, unless the price is as brutal as it looks to be, in which case it's really difficult to decide but likely the M18 Fuel Hackzall.
  3. Once the PackOut this' and thats start flying I'll be much more interested lol.
  4. Lol @BMack37 I'll be buying the new one ? USB charging would be ridiculously convenient for me.
  5. 280... that's 375 CAD... that's more expensive than Systainers, and over twice as expensive as a stack of DS150/300/400 at normal price.
  6. You're a good man Jimbo
  7. Yeah I'll likely sell my 3/8 or my parents will inherit it into their M12 collection lol. I'll just start with 1/2" and see how I like it though.
  8. They do; 45, 55, 70 ft lbs for 1/4, 3/8, 1/2 respectively.
  9. I have the 3/8" ratchet, don't use it much but quite like it. Dewalt doesn't have them, not very slide pack friendly. SBD show is next month apparently. Dan mentioned it today I believe
  10. 1000 fastening, 1400 nutbusting. Haven't seen info on size and weight but I'd imagine same ballpark.
  11. M18 Fuel Hackzall was long overdue.
  12. Milwaukee doesn't roll off the tongue the way Swingline does though lol
  13. Yeah, really seemed to me that they don't have the tech this year or don't want to invest the resources to properly take on FlexVolt and expand market share and they instead decided to absolutely hammer down on their core trades, which isn't a terrible strategy. You don't want to go out on a limb for conquest customers and leave yourself open to bleeding your core market. Things I'll be buying before NPS18: gen2 Fuel high torque impact wrench carbide Big Hawgs M18 Fuel Hackzall M12 Fuel ratchets Maybe pile is gen2 M12 Fuel combo, M18 Fuel 7.25" mitre, M18 heat gun, M12 soldering iron, and M12 stapler. @Jronman think how many of the current mitres they have in the retail distribution channel. A year to sell more of them rather than admitting they stumbled is likely up their alley. I was shocked to see no expansion of OPE. Next year will likely be 21700 cell battery blowout with X2 tools out the wazoo.
  14. Influencers on Instagram will revisit all the stuff they've seen in further posts over the next while and generally are good about giving specs and dates (quarters at least lol).
  15. I agree with you @The.Handyman, the DS130 is not meant for that abuse; I carry lightweight stuff in mine, while impacts and sockets, Sawzalls, etc are in a DS150 which should be notably tougher. They are 2 years too late for me as I already have hundreds of dollars of ToughSystem but for a small setup I may be tempted to grab a few boxes and a tote; I love that compatibility. Also love the versatility of so many sizes vs standard width of other systems. Im anticipating them being priced in the Systainer range if RedStick is anything to go off of lol.
  16. 9000 lumen, sequential charging. You're a smart man.
  17. M18 Fuel Mud Mixer. Looks like a futuristic take on your typical corded drill used on mud. Looks ergonomic. M12 Air Snake compressor for clearing clogs. 50 psi. M18 Fuel Hackzall ? M18 Fuel 7.25" dual bevel mitre. MODULAR STORAGE SYSTEM ? Dropping cinder blocks on ToughSystem, obliterating the box. Bounces off the red version. Easy to use recessed latch; one touch connection like Systainer instead of plastic crap yellow latches. M18 Fuel drum cleaner M12 Fuel ratchets ? 1/4", 3/8" and 1/2" gen 2 M12 Fuel drill and impact carbide Big Hawgs that can handle "hundreds of nails" m12 soldering gun m18 heat gun m12 power source v2, charges m12 via USB as well as powering other devices via USB.
  18. Yeah clearly M18x2 isn't too much to expect on many high demand tools.
  19. Gen 2 high torque impact, one key and dumb key. 1400 ft lb. Giant radius light similar to Dewalt's wobble light. M12 stapler
  20. Yeah we've already known 12.0s and 15.0s are possible for FlexVolt, @The.Handyman has made note of that. It's also worth noting that the XR6.0 20v Max is just a touch shorter than the FlexVolt 6.0, and is longer, so an M18 9.0 with 21700 would not mean the batteries are any smaller.
  21. Well gives me a lot more time to make money to spend on whatever we see today lol.
  22. Yes, I'm aware, back to the way it was in the 90s until the 99-16 rule of terror. My comment was in regards to the "three generations" of super duty that saw fewer aesthetic differences than the current and last generation of Camaro. There's very little not to like about the redesign, the F150 cab has always blown the SDs away, and the new model finally moves into the present with a fully boxed frame. Now that GM has weird hood scoops Ford takes the crown in the looks department away from the GMC imo (sorry Ram fans).
  23. Upgrades and mechanical updates sure. New headlights and grills don't count for much though. Truck barely changed, if at all, from the A pillar back.
