Like Carl said Mitsubishi is the best and of coarse the most expensive but its worth it. I install minis as well and I wouldn't recommend that you install it yourself if you never worked with air conditioners before. If installed wrong your compressor will live a short life and it will cost a lot of money to replace. But the most dangerous part is the refrigerant part if you get liquid refrigerant on yours hands it will burn you and your hands will be in severe pain for the rest of your life. Plus there is a lot of specialty tools and a lot of small tips you need to know in order to not have a problem down the line.

The gasket was there and water tight if you think about it. The water didn't come out so the gasket is good but most likely the water came in from the top and the top part of the gasket is bad. It was full to the top I loosened the one screw and all hell broke loose. The rusty water got all over me and my tools, I wish I would have taken a picture inside the light because the bulb was floating around in the soup..lol Rite after I took that picture I got tried of waiting for it to drain and took both screws out. Huge mistake..lol

Yea doing electrical work outside sucks, by the time your done you have rewired put new boxes and fixtures in. Here in Florida its really bad with the high humidity and rainy season, nothing lasts outside. Its the opposite actually how do you think hot water is made?? You use a water filled 175 watt metal halide lamp and ballast with a recirculating pump. Best tankless on the market!!!

So people always say water and electricity don't mix but I always find the two together. Any outlet, box or fixture outside is going to have some water in it eventually. Lighting fixtures are always the first to go they fill up with water no matter where there mounted at. I made the rite call on this one, it was obvious that the one fixture just needed a new lamp (arc tube was black) and the other I recommend to replace since it looked like it got water inside at one point. Its hard to troubleshoot something from the ground so I convince the owner to just replace both fixtures. To be honest I don't like LED fixtures there expensive and the only benefit is lower energy cost. They are going to cost more to maintain and when the driver fails your just gonna have to buy another fixture. But some people just want them so whatever. The one fixture was full to the top with water, two gallons of nasty smelly rusty water. It got everywhere on my tools, boots, lift and all over the side of the building. The lamp was broken off the socket and the glass was floating inside. You can see in the last picture in the middle on the parking lot the nasty rust puddle. Breaker wasn't tripped and drawing over 3 amps. I guess the ballast was destroyed by water and it was just the other light drawing power which didn't work either it had a bad lamp. Replace fixtures and timer which had a bad timer motor. That one light was really close to that 400 amp three phase weather head it would have been safer to use an insulated bucket truck. I put a rubber mat on the neutral wire since it was so close to the lift basket, you can never be to safe. It was a little windy that day which made things worst by having the lift bounce around. There is also a picture of a GFCI that I found last month that water got to I threw that in here too. I went to troubleshoot it and the whole thing just fell out in my hand. The whole cover was full of smoke too. I have more pictures to post about water and electricity so stay tuned!!

Haha, this is awesome!!! Poor A.O Smith. You have to stand on the heater to shut the water off..lol All that weight just hanging on those sharkbites, they should have put a screw in it so it doesn't pop off. Just pull on the romex like a pull chain to shut the power off

I used it today for the first time in its new home, the attic..lol Don't know if I could give it five stars but its nice it could be brighter and the hinge is loose. But I am super picky when it comes to tools, so my review probably won't matter. Its hard to see in this picture but the insulation is charred as well as the insulation on those white 14-2 romex's. The new yellow 12-2 is were the fire started and melted that wire, which I had to cut out the brunt section and splice it. An A/c contractor started a fire in the attic when installing a horizontal fan coil in the ceiling. If you zoom in you can see it better, I like how this had to happen in the lowest part of the attic..lol

You know how many times I forget to take pictures, a lot. I just start ripping and tearing and all of a sudden I'm like I should have taken a picture beforehand..lol I only see gas water heaters rented and there old Rudds that finally start to leak form like the 60's slowly but surely I'm replacing them. To bad they have to pay every month or I will say they got there moneys worth and then some. Its funny because you have to call them to pick up the old heater, which makes no sense scrap an't worth it.

A General Contractor installed this, I found it wired just like that. I thought I got an after photo of the electrical redone and relief valve piped in but I guess I forgot. Sucks, if I ever go back I will get a picture. No connector on the greenfield flex on the timer and a metallic greenfield connector on seal tight. Can't forget about the timer just floating in the air and wire nuts just hanging out. They lost the screws to the j-box on the heater so I guess they just said fuck it. I mean you can push the wire in at least but hey whatever.

The DeWalt police will come out and arrest me if I touched a red tool..lol

So yea Thanks again guys!! I'm pretty sure I would have bought it even if it didn't have the TIA crew approval just because its yellow..lol For some reason I was expecting it to be a little brighter but 500 lumens is 500 lumens. I just bought it this morning so I haven't used it yet so I guess time will tell I will be in an attic on Saturday. I'm hoping theirs no lights in the attic so I can use this

I was looking for something on Google maps and stumbled upon my Uncle's work truck..lol Just another odd coincidence maybe maybe not but a lot of them happen to me basically everything is a coincidence in my life. Its funny I was looking for something and off in the distance the yellow sign caught my eye and I was like wait a minute I know that truck. Last two pictures I had, hes had that truck since 2004 I think. It got wrapped a few years ago after some lady with no drivers license crashed into him and put a hole in the side of the box.
