One thing I cant understand is why didn't Dewalt make the molding of the plastic so you can re position the yellow bins in any configuration but other than that its a solid box.
Decided to try out the TStak V for just purely holding screws and accessories. I'm already eyeballing the toughsystem. I was asked by my 8 year old could she store her LEGO in it ;-)
I had a few hours to kill today as I finished work early so I took a trip into town to visit the hardware store, needed to pick up some nuts and bolts. At the corner of my eye I noticed something new something red and I knew what it was so after dancing over like a fairy sprinkling pixie dust I gasped in aw at the gen 2 Milwaukee combi drill and impact driver kit. So I asked at guy at the counter how much it was and when he told me my jaw dropped €760 ($870) Surely that's gotta be taking the biscuit is it really $870 give or take for the same kit in the US?
I already own the linesmans and the installation pliers. Iv been using a cheap no name linesman for years so I decided to buy the knipex and they are very well made.
Yeah dados are really not that hard the setting up takes the longest as I was using a router with a 12mm bit, I was making 18mm dados so multiply times I had to postilion the guide. If I do more of this type of projects I will be investing in a Festool 1400EQ
I decided to take on an oldish style entertainment unit and put my limited knowledge to work. I didn't take many pics of the project unfortunately C&C welcome.
I also would chose a maul over an axe any day, been using axes for years and I just gave up and brought a maul best thing I ever did. Id also get one with a fine hickory handle none of that fiberglass rubbish ;-)
I cant wait to get my hand on one of these. I messed around with a demo set in a hardware store and these are the bees knees Knipex really do come out with great stuff.
Very true, I gave her a deep clean Friday evening she was caked in Sika Spruce sap like the one in the photo, a very thick sticky sap. I do however have a massive itch and its called a 661 magnum local dealer might give me a deal on it.
I decided to snap a few shots of the work today, mainly just tinning out my forest alot of work left to do plus the humid weather doesn't help either with chainsaw pants. Tools is Stihl 362
