Great deal for someone looking to jump into the m18 line, tempting though.

Yea that's why I got it for the smaller size. For that it's good. I guess I could get a super sawzall and have he best of both worlds haha.
I know the major marketing dewalt did with that was you could fit it between two studs in a wall.

I got the DCS387 20v max compact recip. The model number on the kit was a little different because it was a kit but that's the saw. I mean, it works but I wish I had a fuel.
That's the one diligent to pick up, not looking for something as big as the fuel, for that I have the super sawzall

Yea the last year or two I've been a little disappointed with the Black Friday sales, maybe this year Amazon will have some better sales.

That is a beautiful combination of wood, funny how that piece of wood really looks pretty when done right.

didn't own it but when I was a kid my father had a guy try to sell him a .........wait for it.......a riding jack hammer......I must add this was in the 60's stupidest thing they ever saw.......can't remember who made it or what it was called but he never bought it........what he did do was laugh at him when it went right off the edge of a third floor building they were working on.......
The only thing I could picture was looney tunes with a jack hammer lol

As far as I know, the dodge group has reorganized their whole line up. So the dodge label is going to be cars, jeep will be their Suv lineup and ram will carry its own label for pick up. So I would assume the jumbo name badges are more of a marketing thing signifying their line up changes. I've always liked the Rams but that grill is fugly. The tailgate I could live with.

I was thinking between the fuel and brushed model and for size I decided I wanted the brushed model being smaller. It isn't as powerful but it's nice and compact, still might pick the fuel up but either way they are great little saws.

I don't have either flashlight but I have the work light, that's a nice area light, I do have a m12 flashlight that is nice and compact but bright enough.

Yea they have a few sets like that now. I bought my compact 20v recip in a tough box. Honestly not so happy with the saw. I wish I had gotten the fuel sawzall.
Which model did you get?

Allen wrenches are just hex bits, you can purchase hex insert bits to use on your impact.
Just a word of caution some smaller hex screws aren't strong for impact use, especially on r/c. Just be careful not to over torque your screws.
Something to look into that you could still have that 1/4 hex connection is a cordless screw driver. I I have a m12 screw driver that is great for lower torque applications, it will clutch out when you set the torque level appropriately. Impacts are fun and awesome to have by their power can sometimes make things harder than they need to be.

Yea the m12 fuels don't even seem like 12v, but they do have their shortcomings to the 18v/20v class.

Looks good, some of the newer kits are shipping with tough boxes, maybe after they release the new xr drills and impacts they'll change their packaging.

Probably not, I've never seen actual impact sockets with hex extensions, as for the drill bits a lot of companies make impact ready with a 1/4" hex shank, what anvil do you have? 3/8 square or 1/4 hex?

Thank You Veterans

Any more media focuses on assholes over dosing or changing their gender rather than those who sacrificed themselves to fight for our freedom. A big thank you to all the vets out there, your hard work does not go unnoticed!
