  1. Yea Milwaukee announced 6.0ah batteries along with the 9.0ah the 6.0's kinda got overshadowed because of it.

I'm assuming Dewalt will pop out a higher amp hour pack to compete, they could have offered it with the cordless miter saw... Once again my yellow falls behind lol

  2. I've been kicking around the idea of upgrading my M12 2408 and looking at both the 2404 and 2403. The 2408 is a nice drill, but the run-time can't quite keep up with the M12 Fuel driver and impact that live with it and I've found the power a bit weak on more than one occasion.

I was honestly going to wait until the buy one get a free 4AH battery deal came around again, but for $99, it'll be hard to say no to this deal. I really don't need a hammer drill in my carry around kit - the M18 comes out for any actual masonry drilling duties.

M12 fuel drill is a beast, at HD though they have a kit with the M12 fuel hammer drill, the fuel impact, a 2.0 and a 4.0 battery pack for 199. It's a great drill though it's not compact it's a little bigger than my brushless dewalt drill but it's still pretty sweet.

  3. I have both platforms more yellow than red but red really is catching up, don't have the new Dewalt Impact wrench so I can't say anything about that one but I do have the 2763 1/2 fuel from team red and it truly is a beast!! Not one single problem yet and it gets used a lot at a auto body shop, gets a lot of attention from our customers they're always amazed at the power this baby has!! I wouldn't mind getting the new Dewalt wrench though ;)

Farm and fleet has $35 off the baretool, I'm going to make a phone call to them tomorrow because they have a trade in deal going on, not sure when it if I could even make it to a farm and fleet but the link for the ad is under the tool deals threads.

  4. Thanks, Hugh. Glad you received everything in good order. I appreciate you posting about your experience.

If anyone's interested, we have just a handful of the Fein AFSC 18V cordless Supercuts left at $299, normally $499. Plus we're pitching in two extra batteries. Heck of a deal.

Throw in the fein drill and you got yourself a deal lol.

  5. I wanted to say maybe 2 cups on a 4.0 but don't hold me to it. I think it would be nice to have in my office for a quick cup. I believe it can also plug into the wall which would be cool.

  6. I thought about getting one just for the novelty.

My thought process was it would be good in a work truck for a quick splash of coffee, if only it brewed a bigger pot.

Any information on how many cups you can make on one battery, assuming a 4.0.
