comp56 Posted May 4, 2016 Author Report Share Posted May 4, 2016 sister in-law made it out with the kids but brother in-law is stuck there so far with a dead cell phone, I can only imagine the thoughts going through their heads. he managed to make a land line call to tell his wife he is ok other than his cell phone needs charging....total cluster jam with the entire city trying to get out of town.....
