JimboS1ice
That’s what I like Jimbo. Fine piece of furniture to assemble after being crafted, some eggs. A TIA video to watch....and the slow bang bang bang of an 887 [emoji106][emoji23][emoji23][emoji1363]Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
drfreemlizard
That's not a problem. That looks more like a solution! Sent from my SCH-I435 using Tapatalk
Guyinatree
That’s a nice collection of tools you have. Looks like you have all your bases covered but the DWV012 vacuum would be a great addition. Or get yourself the 895 impact. Been abusing mine for 4 years and it runs as great as the first day I bought it. Heads up though, those things still go for full retail despite being “obsolete”. JakeDewalt
Where is your 20v jigsaw a great underrated 20v tool. Even has a blower built in to keep dust and chips off the line while cutting. Also has orbital settings from straight up and down to a slight forward and back motion for faster cutting. Paired with some Spyder double sided jigsaw blades and it's a badass tool.

Framer joe
Now @Cr8ondt..what is the point of the reverse teeth ? Just to flip the blade over when the teeth get dull one one side ?

Cr8ondt
@Framer joe on the jigsaw you can get all artsy and stuff, with the recip you can got bat shit crazy with demo. I've never personally used anything from them but Lowe's and Menards stock em.

JimboS1ice
Now [mention=54941]Cr8ondt[/mention]..what is the point of the reverse teeth ? Just to flip the blade over when the teeth get dull one one side ?It’s to aid in tight corners, instead of backing out and making a wider sweep to get in tight you can back the Saw into new material, kind of dumb if you ask me and can really do more harm than good if they aren’t used correctly. As for the double edged recip blades, I’ve never really ran into a spot demoing I wish I had an edge in both sides of the blade. The only thing Spyder makes that I would pick up are their hole saws!pretty innovative arbor Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
Guyinatree
I think the double sided demo blade is more useful in the same way the breakaways are. Gets dull, just start cutting with the back sideSent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
JakeDewalt
Spyder sure beats a Bosch jigsaw blade Thats what's I used to use because of availability. That German quality is too nice to go back to China

JRS5565
Menards had those Spyder recip blades on clearance for a buck each about 4 months back. I cleared the shelf and have about 20 8" and 15 6". Until the post above I forgot about that purchase but have now located the bag full to give a trial this coming week.
